Cancellation Fee
Appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged a non-refundable fee for the service allotted: $15 for a 30-minute service, $30 for a 60-minute service, or $45 for a 90-minute service.
Safety Guidelines
- Certain Divine Luxury’s products may contain essential oils, butters and oils from natural nuts, seeds and fruits, as well as soy, dairy, honey pollen or wax from bees, shellfish and eggs. If you have any allergies, medical conditions or are pregnant, please read the product label carefully and consult your healthcare professional prior to use.
- We recommend that people who are pregnant, have medical conditions, allergies, sensitive skin and/or other skin concerns perform a patch test and/or consult a healthcare professional prior to use. Discontinue use of any Divine Luxury product should irritation occur. Divine Luxury products are for external use only unless where otherwise indicated.
- If any minor uses any Divine Luxury products, it should be only after the legal or parental guardian has discussed the Divine Luxury product with the minor’s healthcare professional.
- Please be aware that while essential oils are natural plant extracts, there is still the possibility of an allergic reaction, just like any other substance. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any adverse reactions and contact your doctor. Essential oils are not meant for ingestion, and may cause serious adverse reactions. Please use only as directed.
- Divine Luxury and its subsidiaries are not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt or have sensitive skin, always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
- Again “all-natural” does not mean “allergy-free.” Natural plant essential oils may still cause skin irritation or reactions in certain individuals.
- If you notice any adverse effects, please discontinue use and alert us immediately.
- People with severe allergies–please note: If you have severe anaphylactic type reactions to ANY of the ingredients we use please do alert us immediately and discontinue use.

Patch Test
It's always a good idea to test your skin to check for a reaction from any new products that you are going to use on your skin. Apply a small amount of any new products provided by Divine Luxury and the blended product to clean skin on the inside of your elbow. Cover and leave for 24 hours. If a rash or redness appears, do not use this product.
